We would like you to meet Jeff Smith and his newest, best friend, Cowboy. Cowboy is a Pit Bull Terrier who was born on April 2, 2003, and is pictured here at his first  Puppy Plan appointment on June 12th when he weighed 16.6 pounds. Jeff tells us that he and his  parents, Henry and Mary Smith, got Cowboy from a neighbor. Jeff is going to   have so  much fun with this tough, sweet  puppy! Any  dog with the name of cowboy just HAS to be fun!!
