What a cute  picture! This is Phyllis Smith  and the youngest part of her family, Sparky and Philip. Sparky is a Dalmatian mix puppy who was born on January  26, 2004 and is pictured here at her  first Puppy Plan appointment  on  April 10, 2004. He weighed 27.8 pounds on this  day. Phyllis and her husband Michael adopted  Sparky from the Hillsborough County animal   shelter. They say that she acts like an adult dog, she is so well-behaved! She is just a very thankful dog to have such a good home!
