We would  like you to meet Suzie Smith and her new best friend, Patricia Smith. Suzie is an incredibly cute mixed breed puppy who looks like she should  be on TV! She was born on  May 10, 2003, and  is shown here at her Puppy Plan appointment on October 13th when she weighed 9 pounds of love and fluff!!
