We would like to introduce Shorty and his two new best friends in the whole world, Thomas and Melinda Smith. Shorty is a Miniature Pinscher, born on July 13, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on September 24th when he weighed 4.4 pounds.  Shorty is part of a very proud breed of dog - the Miniature Pinschers think that they are just as big as their large cousins, the Doberman Pinschers, but, in fact, they are legends in their own minds!  They have wonderful personalities and are very quick to let you know that THEY are the boss!!!
