This is Jennifer Steeves with her new best friend, Foo-Foo, who was  a gift from her husband.  Foo-Foo is a BichonFrise puppy, born on January  4, 2003, and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on March 5th when she weighed 3 pounds. How cut!
