We would like to present Patti Stewart and Tiger! Tiger is a Shih Tzu puppy, born on August  18th and pictured here at his Puppy Plan appointment on  January 11, 200 when he weighed 7.9 pounds.  He is so sweet and Patti tells us that his tongue always hangs out of the corner of his mouth in such a cute way! It sounds like a puppy a mother could love!!
