This is one of the cutest puppies we have seen in a long time! We would like to   introduce Petey and his two best new friends, Rachel and Shaun Strickland, and their Mom, Tina.  Petey is a Shih Tzu puppy, born on December 10th and pictured here at his fist Puppy Plan appointment on February 19, 2002, when he weighed in at a whopping 2.8 pounds! Petey is so very sweet, we just know that these children and he will be very special  friends and they will have so  much fun together! The lessons in responsibility and unconditional love that these children will learn by caring for this sweet puppy are priceless, just like the smiles in this  picture!
