What a cute puppy! This is Carmen Tarraza and her new baby, Princess. Princess is a Chihuahua puppy, born on  January   4, 2003, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  March  12th when she weighed  2.8 pounds. Carmen tells us that this puppy is a true lap dog!
