This is such a great picture! We would like to introduce Domenica Tartaglione and his new puppy, Stevie. Stevie is a Shih Tzu puppy who was born on May 23, 2004 and is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on August 9th when he weighed 2.6 pounds of pure love.  The Tartaglione's had a Shih Tzu, Muffin, for 13 years and he passed away. They missed him so much, they decided to get another Shih Tzu, so now Stevie has joined their family, and he is a delight!
