What a wonderful picture!! This is Shannon Taylor and her new best friend in the whole world, Snow. Snow is a Border Collie puppy, born on October 28th in Ohio, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on December 29, 2000.  The Houghton family has always had Border Collies, and we know how special they are. This little girl has a friend for life, a protector, a friend, and a great companion -there is no better breed of dog for this !!!
