What a cute  picture! This is Brian Piankowski holding Toby. Toby  is a Beagle  puppy who was born on December 18, 2002, and is pictured here at his  first Puppy Plan appointment on March 1, 2003 when he weighed 5.6 pounds. Gerald Thomas tells us that he got Toby from a breeder in Riverview, Florida - looks like he and Brian are going to be best friends!!
