We would like you to meet   Sandy and her new best friend in the whole world, Joe Thompson. Sandy is a Springer Spaniel  puppy, born  on  December 24, 2002, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  February 25, 2003 when she weighed 11.2 pounds.  Joe tells us that he recently got Sandy from a friend.
