We would like to introduce  Chester and his new best friend in the whole world, Josh Thorpe. Chester is a Beagle mix puppy, born on September 5th and  pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on  November 14, 2002 when he weighed 13.8 pounds. Josh tells us that Chester loves to play  ball - what a great pair of  boys!
