This is one of the  cutest  puppies we have ever seen! This is Miracle, the newest member of William and Nancy Thurston's family.  Miracle is a Shih Tzu puppy, born on December 20, 2002, and pictured here at a Puppy Plan appointment on  March 20, 2003 when she weighed in at a whopping 1.2 pounds. That is  correct - a three month old Shih Tzu weighing 1.2 pounds!! They could have called her Tiny Tim, or Tiny Tina since she is a little  girl!! Nancy told us at a subsequent visit that Miracle was the  first-born pup, larger than the others, and that she was always  one of the best eaters in the litter when they were being bottle-fed.  Although she has had some illness, she seems perfectly  normal, loves to play, and follow after "Dad"!
