We would like to introduce Victoria Ullman and the newest member of her family,  Devin. Devin is a Hound mix who was born on June 27, 2003, and is pictured here at his Puppy Plan appointment on  November 26th when he weighed 33 pounds. Victoria adopted Devin from the SPCA and he is one lucky dog to have such a wonderful home. We know that he is going to reciprocate and  be a great family pet - very kind and loyal, and BIG!!!
