This  is the  cutest, softest puppy! May we present Roxy and her new best  friends, Ashley Vance and David Covey. Roxy  is a Pomeranian puppy, born on December 3, 2002, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on March 4, 2003 when she weighed in at a whopping 3 pounds! Ashley tells us that Roxy  was bought from a friend and she is very well-bred, with champion bloodlines! We think she is just plain cute!
