What a sweet   picture! This is Buddy and his  favorite human, Cindy Vidal.  Buddy is a Shih Tzu, born on July  26, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on December  4th when he weighed 7.2 pounds - he looks   bigger than that, but he is all  fluff!! Cindy tells us that she adopted Buddy from Vicky Palmer, and that it was love at first sight! We think that love was mutual - Buddy has a wonderful new home!
