No this is not a Halloween kitty! This is Rouge. Rouge is the newest addition to Julia Vives' family. Rouge is a Domestic Shorthaired kitten who was born  in April  of 2001, and is pictured here at her  first Kitten Plan appointment on May 14th when she weighed 2.3 pounds. Julia tells up that Rouge is their only kitty, the first one in a long time in their family. They are really enjoying this pretty, fluffy kitten! That's a very good thing!!
