Is there anything  cuter than a wonderful new puppy and a child who  loves him? We would like you to  meet Speck (what a great name!), and the new love of his  life, Kristen Wetherington. Speck is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on  April 25, 2003, and is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on   July 7th when he weighed in at a whopping 1.4 pounds! Kristen's parents brought the puppy  home about three days ago and he is doing especially well with his potty training. He is truly going to be a "love"!
