We would like you  to meet Vanessa and Adrienne Whitaker  and the newest member of their   family, Phoebe. Phoebe is a Papillion  puppy who was born on September 30, 2003. She is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on December 30th when she weighed in at a whopping 2.2 pounds. Vanessa tells us that  Phoebe loves to  run and play, but she is also very obedient. This is  such a cute puppy!!
