What q wonderful picture!! This is Dot Whitmer and her newest baby, Candy. Candy is a Shepherd/Lab puppy, born on November 21, 2000, and pictured here at  Puppy Plan appointment on February 10, 2001 when she weighed 16.2 pounds. Mrs. Whitmer loves her puppy so much - it is wonderful to see people of all ages enjoying new friends!!
