What a great picture! This is Marilyn Wicker and three of her good  friends - Dixie (with Marilyn) and Arlys holding Oscar. Dixie is an adorable  Dachshund puppy, born on March 15th and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on June 3, 2002 when she weighed in at 2.8 pounds. Marilyn tells us that she purchased Dixie as a friend for Oscar - we always say that it is best for a pet to have a pet! They are much happier that way, and Dixie and Oscar both look pretty happy!!  Oscar looks like he would  "whistle Dixie" if he could!!
