We want you to  meet Ben Williams  and his  new cute  puppy, Aspen. Aspen is a Labrador Retriever  mix  who was born on October 24, 2002, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on February 27, 2003 when she weighed 12 pounds. Ben tells us that this puppy is  learning the  fine art of manipulation early in life; when she gets into trouble, she always tries to shake your hand!  Maybe she could   run for  a political  office!
