We would like you to  meet a very special lady and her very  special  puppy. This is Carmen Witt with her best friend, Charlie. Charlie is a Beagle  mix who was born on July  8, 2003, and is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on October 7th when he weighed 9.6 pounds. e is such a cute, personable  puppy - he and Ms. Witt will have such fun together!
