We would like to introduce Anna Lou York and her favorite new friend, Chi-Co. Chi-Co is a Chihuahua puppy, born on January 3, 2001, and pictured here at his  Puppy Plan appointment on May 12, 2001 when he weighed 10.7 pounds. These two look so happy together - we know that they are going to be best friends for a long time!
