From the West:

    Take I 4 East to the Polk Parkway east. Follow the Polk Parkway to the South Florida exit in Lakeland. Exit and turn left (north) onto South Florida Avenue. Take an immediate right on Azalea, and another right on Carolyn and a third right on Westover.  Follow Westover St. to the traffic light at Cleveland Heights Blvd. The Hospital is directly across the street, on the south side of the Lakeland YMCA. You can go straight across and turn right into the parking lot.

From the East:

    Take the Polk Parkway west. Exit at the South Florida Avenue exit, turning right onto South Florida Avenue. Take an immediate right on Azalea, and another right on Carolyn and a third right on Westover.  Follow Westover St. to the traffic light at Cleveland Heights Blvd. The Hospital is directly across the street, on the south side of the Lakeland YMCA. You can go straight across and turn right into the parking lot.

From the North:

    Come into Lakeland on Highway 98 which will turn to the east. When Highway 98 turns east, you stay south on the road that you are on (this is  Highway 37, also called Florida Avenue.)  Stay straight south on Florida Avenue until you come to Edgewood Drive, about three miles. There is a Mobil gas station on the southeast corner at this intersection. Turn left (east) on Edgewood, go to the next traffic light and turn right (south). That is Cleveland Heights Blvd. Follow Cleveland Heights south about one and one half miles to the Hospital which is located on the south side of the Lakeland YMCA.
