This is going to be one beautiful, big dog! We would like you to meet Tabitha Bartlett and her new "Mom", Carrie. Tabitha is a Rottweiler puppy, born July 16, 1999, and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on August 27th when she weighed in at 12.8 pounds. Tabitha is very sweet, and we are sure that the two Shih Tzus at home will teach her manners real quick! They will have lots of fun together!
