This is one of the cutest pictures that we have seen in a long time! This is Cindy Chandler and her new Maltese puppy, Abby. Abby was born in June of 1999 and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on August 9th when she weighed 2.4 pounds. Little Maltese puppies at this age feel like they are made of ultra-soft cotton fluff, and Abby is no exception! They are also just as sweet as they are soft! It will be such fun to watch  Abby grow up and it is special that Cindy can learn responsible pet-ownership by bringing Abby regularly for check-ups and vaccinations!
