Please welcome Lorraine Falvey and her new Christmas puppy, Noel.  Noel is a black and white Shih Tzu puppy who was born in October of 1998. She weighed in at a whopping 6.8 pounds at her first Puppy Plan appointment on January 4th, 1999!  What a wonderful  bundle of love!!
