This is Shirley Fernandez and her new best friend, Bear. Bear is a beautiful Chow puppy who was born in   December and weighed 8.4 pounds at his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 19. He  is such a nicely marked Chow and will grow up to be a wonderful pet for Shirley!
