What an incredibly lucky puppy!! This puppy and her sister were abandoned in the southern part of the county and now both puppies have wonderful homes (see her sister,Girlfriend Markovich, on the 'M' page of our website).  This is Marci Frieling and her Mom and Dad, Marilyn and Del Frieling, pictured with "Phoenix" shortly after adopting her from the hospital on April 29th.  She is a merle Catahoula Leopard dog who is estimated to be about 4 months old, weighing 12.4 pounds. Phoenix truly is a fortunate puppy to have found such a great home, and the Frielings are to be commended on their interest in adopting a needy puppy!
