We want you to meet Bianca Gilley and her best friend Pam.  Bianca is a tri-colored Shih Tzu puppy who was born in September and weighed 4.6 pounds at her Puppy Plan appointment on December 9th.  Bianca is just  full of fun and love and can hardly wait to get home to play!!
