We would like you   to meet Norma Godfrey and her new best friend, Muffin.  Muffin is a Shih Tzu puppy, born in October of 1998, and presented to Norma as a Christmas present from her daughter, Kim Collins. Muffin weighed 7 pounds at her first Puppy Plan appointment on January 13th.  These two look like they are going to be great friends!!
