This is Tiffani Latty and her wonderful new puppy, Ebony. Ebony is an interesting mix of Shih Tzu and Pomeranian. She was born in January  of 1999 and weighed 4 pounds at her first Puppy Plan appointment on April 9th.  These two are going to be great friends!!
