This is one of the cutest puppies we've seen in a long time!  We want you to meet Whitney and her new best friend, Lisa Pennix, and her friend, Michelle Good.  Whitney is a black and tan Chihuahua puppy who was born in January of  1999. She is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on Aprill 17th when she weighed  in at a whopping 1.8 pounds! Chihuahuas grow up to be such loyal dogs, we know that Whitney and Lisa will  be special friends!
