Say "Hello!" to a brand new puppy!!!  This is Angel Powell who just came in for her very first Puppy Plan visit on September 10th.  She was born in August and weighed 3.4 pounds at this first visit. Angel is a liver and white Cocker Spaniel who is pictured here with her "grandmother",  Margaret Powell  (Angel's real owner is Margaret's daughter who is a student at Florida State University).
