We would like you to meet Debbie Riddle and her daughters, Shanna and Megan, and their beautiful new Chow puppy, CiCi Bear. CiCi Bear was born in January of  1999 and is pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on April 17th when she weighed in at 17.6 pounds. CiCi Bear looks happy to be held during this  appointment, but very soon she will be way too big to be carried like this!  She is going to be a big dog and a wonderful  pet for this family!
