We want you to meet a beautiful new puppy and her special new friend - this is Vinnie and Jodie Siemen.   Vinnie is an adorable black and white Lhasa Apso  puppy, born on May 9, 1999. Vinnie is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on August 7th when he weighed 6.6 pounds.  Lhasas are such loving  dogs, we just know that these two are going to be very best friends.
