This is Bill and Shirley Steffy and their new best friend, Charlie.  Charlie is a Jack Russell Terrier who was born in October of  1998 and who weighed 5 pounds at this Puppy Plan appointment on December 23rd. Jack Russells have  such wonderful temperaments, we just know that this three-some will have lots and lots of fun together, not to mention a great Christmas!!!
