This is a very special picture- not only is it a great picture of two girls learning responsible pet ownership, it is also a picture of a volunteer at our Hospital with a friend and her friend's kittens. This is Billie Jo Miller, on the left with Sporty, and Heather Vandervort on the right with CiCi. Billie Jo's Mom works for the Hospital and Billie Jo  volunteers periodically throughout the summer. Heather  had brought her kittens in for a final Kitten Plan appointment on July 23. At that  time, Sporty, the black and white male, weighed 6.6 pounds, and CiCi, the petite female, weighed 4.6 pounds. It is so good to see these girls learning such good  pet care.
