We would like you to meet  Anthony Whitfield and his new kitten, Tigger. Tigger was born in September and is pictured here at his  first Kitten Plan appointment on November 27, 1999 when he weighed 3.2 pounds. These two look like they would rather be out looking for fun! It is so good for young children to learn to be responsible pet owners!
