Como estas? Bien, muy bien!  Yes, this puppy seems to be doing very well. This is Reggie Wilkerson and his new very best friend in the whole world, Shayne Wilkerson. Reggie is a Chihuahua puppy, born in September, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on November 27, 1999, when he weighed in at a whopping 1.6 pounds! These are such wonderful little dogs, but don't tell Reggie he is little, he won't believe you, he thinks he is as big as they come, and he is happy to explain that to anyone!
