We want you to  meet Amber Yates and her new puppy Buddy. Buddy is a Bassett Hound puppy who was born in February of 1999. He  weighed 12.6 pounds at this appointment on April 5th.  It won't be very long before Amber is not able to carry Buddy - he is going to be a big Bassett Hound with lots of love to give!!!
