What a great picture! This is Sylvia Blankenbaker and Vivie Ann, her new Lhasa Apso puppy, born in October and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment when she weighed in at a whopping 4.8 pounds! Lhasas are adorable puppies and great pets and we know that these two will be best friends!
