What a great picture! This is Gracie and her new best friend, Joy Caruso.  Gracie is a black and gold Shih Tzu, born in March and  pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on May 9, 2000, when she weighed in at a whopping 3.2 pounds! Shih Tzus are such fun, bouncy puppies, we know that Gracie will bring hours of enjoyment to Joy and her family.
