What a beautiful picture! We would like to present Bre's Lula Belle and one of her newest best human friends in the whole wide world, Connie Celoria. Lula Belle is a Bichon Frise puppy, born in  March and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on May 8, when she weighed 3 pounds. She is a beautiful puppy, and we know that she will brings loads of fun to the Celoria home!
