Please meet the newest addition to the Chris and Candace Dulban family, this is Jake.  Jake is a ChowChow mix puppy, born in December, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 7, 2000, when he weighed 6.8 pounds.  What a cute puppy, and what fun they will all have together!
