We would like you to meet Tondra Henry and her new Shih Tzu puppy, Omar. Omar was born in November and is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 15, 2000, when he weighed 6.3 pounds. He is such a cute puppy, we know that he and Tondra will be best friends!
