We would like you to meet Becky Jackman and her adorable new Yorkshire Terrier  puppy, Chelsea. Chelsea was born in April and is pictured here at her first puppy Plan appointment on July 5, 2000 when she weighed in at a whopping 1.8 pounds. Little Yorkies make  such great pets, we know that Becky will really enjoy Chelsea. This was a VERY special birthday present - the kind that keeps on giving!!!
