What  a great picture - this is Amber Jarvis with her new Chihuahua puppy, Ginger. Ginger,  born in January, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on April 5, 2000, weighed in at a whopping 2.2 pounds. We know that Ginger will be a special friend for Amber and her Mom, Emma.  It is always amazing to see how even the smallest of puppies can really brighten up a home!
